That is where our most unexpected pieces come from, and an obsession: to take jewelry out of its three usual placements to adorn the entire body.

The materials used to manufacture our jewelry ensure durability and resistance to daily activities and water.

In our Parisian workshop, our jewelry is handmade to order.
Sundays spent painting, crocheting, or embroidering with her mother. It was this ritual that shaped Julie's creative identity.
From this, the desire was born to create organic jewelry, from a precious gold thread that is shaped.
Self-taught, Julie was not born a jewelry expert. What might have seemed like a disadvantage actually greatly amplified her creative freedom. A freedom that allowed her to develop a savoir-faire now recognized by the biggest names.
Ten jewelers in Paris, entirely handmade production: no industrial processes, no machines, no soldering.
We manufacture on demand, using a pull-flow system: a piece is only started because it has been chosen.
The opposite of fast fashion, this production method generates no surplus, no unsold items, and no wasted materials.

To shape one's destiny like the gold thread that the artisan molds and weaves with their expert hands. Against the skin, the jewelry comes alive like a promise one makes to oneself: to be more assertive, more daring, more oneself. In a word, free.
Our jewelry adorns the body like subtle tattoos that sometimes fade into the background and sometimes call out to us. They stylize forms, highlight curves, until, when layered, they become an armor of power.
Each piece, shaped by the power of the hand alone, cultivates the craftsmanship of gesture to bring forth a new art: the Art of Thread.
A thread, point A, point B. In between, the YAY jewel. It is the technique that Julie invented in 2014, while simply looking for a material that lasts: a spool of 14-karat gold-filled wire, a hand that gives it shape, and beads woven one by one.
Twelve years later, the Art of Thread is still our signature.
In 10 years, the YAY studio has inspired vocations and careers for fashion jewelry designers.
At the same time, through our involvement with the BOCI and in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, we helped create a degree program for Fashion Jewelry, now offered at the Haute École de Joaillerie de Paris, the Académie des métiers d'art, the École Boulle, and many other institutions.
